ADU Construction

Depending on your property layout and goals, we offer three primary construction paths:

• Detached ADUs: Stand-alone structures built from the ground up. These are ideal for rental units or guest houses, providing maximum privacy.

• Garage Conversions: Transforming an existing garage into a fully permitted living space. This is often the fastest and most cost-effective way to add an ADU.

• Attached ADUs: Building an addition that shares at least one wall with the primary residence, perfect for expanding the home's footprint for family members.

Technical Infrastructure & Engineering

An ADU is a complete, independent home on a smaller scale. Our process covers every critical technical system:

• Foundations & Concrete: We provide precision-poured Concrete Slabs reinforced with rebar to meet California’s seismic standards. For garage conversions, we inspect the existing slab and make necessary structural upgrades to support residential living.

• Plumbing & Sewer Integration: ADUs require independent plumbing systems. We handle the technical installation of: Main sewer line hookups. Dedicated water heaters (Tankless or Standard). Complete rough-in plumbing for kitchens and bathrooms.

• Living Room Enlargements: Adding square footage to family areas while ensuring seamless structural transitions.
